Returns & Exchanges
It may happen that you are not satisfied with the ordered product. Fortunately, it is no problem to return the product. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. Before returning the product, please contact email@example.com
Good to know:
- In the email with the track & trace of your order from Studio Daydream you will find a button to download a return label.
- Download the return label, pack the order carefully and affix the return label visibly on the package. The costs of the return shipment are for the account of the consumer and amount to approximately €4.10.
- The article must, if reasonably possible, be returned in its original packaging, including all items sent with it.
- Hand in the ready-to-ship return package at a PostNL point. You no longer have to pay at the service point for sending the package.
- As soon as we have received the product in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem. You can contact email@example.com for this. You bear the costs for returning the product yourself.
Right of withdrawal
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to use the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.
