I, Mylène, owner of Studio Daydream, am responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement.

Your privacy is of great importance to Studio Daydream. Studio Daydream therefore adheres to the privacy law, including the GDPR. This means that we will clearly define the purposes before using your personal data. Your data is safe with Studio Daydream and will always be used properly.

Process order
When you place an order, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may share this personal data with the delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this we use your payment details, name and address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until your order is completed. We keep certain personal data longer in connection with the statutory fiscal retention obligation. One applies to companies and the self-employed legal retention obligation up to 7 years.

Studio Daydream processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. This is what we do:

In order to show achieved results to potential customers on our website and social media channels, we process final designs from projects, with your (company) name if you have given permission for this when entering into the agreement. If desired, the names on the illustrations or birth announcements can be changed before publication. We keep this material in our archive indefinitely, unless you request its removal.

To make it possible to post reviews about my services, I process your name with any company name and content of your message. By posting your message, this information becomes visible to us. We can post reviews about our services on our website and social media channels out of commercial interest. We will remove these as soon as they are no longer representative of our services or you request their removal.

You can object to this advertising at any time. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option.

Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the partners mentioned above, we do not provide your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, except if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police demand this if there is a suspicion of a crime).

Social media buttons are included in our webshop. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.
