What is the delivery time of my order?
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. The order will be shipped within two working days, unless otherwise indicated. The delivery of our products takes place via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day (for NL &BE) between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery and it may take a little longer.
Can I pick up my order from you?
No, unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up items.
Can I order a custom product?
Certainly! You can send an email to info@studiodaydream.nl , via the contact form below or via Instagram @studiodaydreamnl and I, Mylène, will contact you as soon as possible!
Can I order by phone or email?
Orders can be placed through the webshop. Do you have questions? Please contact us via email: info@studiodaydream.nl
I want to place an order & the product is sold out. What now?
It is possible that the product is temporarily out of stock, but can be refilled quickly. Contact us at info@studiodaydream.nl and we will go after it for you!
I placed an order and have not received no confirmation. What now?
If the order confirmation did not end up in your spam, please contact us at info@studiodaydream.nl and we will look into it for you. Perhaps there is a typo in your email address, for example.
I would like to return my order.
It may happen that you are not satisfied with an ordered product. Fortunately, it is no problem to return the product. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return the order up to 14 days after receipt. Before returning a product, always contact us via info@studiodaydream.nl
Good to know:
- In the email with the track & trace of your order from Studio Daydream you will find a button to download a return label.
- Download the return label, pack the order carefully and affix the return label visibly on the package. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account.
- The article must, if reasonably possible, be returned in its original packaging, including all items sent with it.
- Hand in the ready-to-ship return package at a PostNL point. You no longer have to pay at the service point for sending the package.
- As soon as we have received the product in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

Can I have a product delivered to someone else via Studio Daydream?
That's certainly possible.
It is important that you go through the following steps.
- Choose a card for the recipient and put the card in your shopping cart.
- Would you like a personal message on the card? Then add the personal message in the checkout under 'Special instructions for order'.
- Enter your own details at the billing address.
- Enter the address of the recipient at the delivery address
- Now it's a matter of waiting for the recipient to receive a card on your behalf :)
Note: Only 1 shipping address can be entered per order. Do you want to have a card sent to multiple addresses? Then create a new order for each delivery address.
